Tabata – Bodyweight exercises

A complex routine for strength and conditioning workout. Emphasis is placed on the lower part of the body. This training contains cardio training as well. If you want to burn a lot of calories, we will recommend to try this routine.

You don’t need to use exercise tools. All exercises are bodyweight. List of exercises contains such as sumo squat, plank, bicycle crunch or moutain climbers.

You can exercise anywhere, at home, in the gym or in the park.
